6 years ago, I had a really stressful time in life and found myself doing exactly as above. I was stressed and tired, leading me to overeat and not give my body what it needed. I wasn’t listening to my body nor was I particularly careful thinking about what I was eating. This resulted in me gaining weight, feeling sluggish and constant fatigue. As most people, I’ve tried various diets but they’ve always made me feel restricted and under pressure with a sense of failure if I have an off day.
